Supervisor

"I was hired to be a boarding supervisor, but was never trained on anything supervisory. I was trained on associate duties by mostly people who don't speak much (if any) English. So many of the workers stand around, play on phones, gossip, or even mistreat animals and when I make mention I get the ax? My own supervisor admitted days before he hadn't trained me on supervisory work, so clearly I was axed for things which weren't even my job. Too much PC, favoritism, and management cares more about its reputation than doing what's right."
