"It's a little late in the game to start adding conveyors. The current management team is too worried about Facebook, and working 7 hours a day to really make the company succeed. Changing the packaging isn't the answer. Salesmen rest on what they've done in the past. What happened to the old regime Those guys worked 50-60 hours a day and put in the time to make the place thrive. You can't manage from your desk, or peeking out your office door. What happened to input from everyone, and not just a bunch of drunk guys sitting around a beer fridge who were given family money Your current staff and hiring from PVP is going to be your demise. The positions available should be for fast-paced employees who want to make a difference. From what I see, we hire individuals who are looking for an insurance claim. Husband and wife team need to step up and make some tough decisions. The company has outgrown their mental capacities. There is nothing wrong with asking for help. I want my job to last longer than 2015, which is when this company is rumored to be acquired by Moorrehead."
