"No defined vision, deception towards customers and employees. Diminishing benefits and very poor starting pay. Poor product quality and employees are overburdened with tasks. Few resources to correctly assist customers and inconsistent policies . Nearly impossible to complete goals for bonus."

"Better wages for new hires to attract talent, better quality products, more staff, more defined vision, consistent policies, better observation and accountability of senior management, better focus on the customer experience and less on pushing unneeded items."

"Don't bother unless you like 50 hour work weeks with little help. Hours are cut so pretty much are the store."

"Company is at a disarray. Cancelled all benefits like bonuses, 401k matching and raises. Closed a bunch of stores and then laid off some of their best workers in order to save money. They rely too much on the technology department with tech services and warranties. This is not Best Buy."

"Be on the floor working and don't sit in the office while there are 2 people on the floor doing all the work."
