"Young Innovations was very unorganized and they never really let you take on more responsibilities."

"To use the Office Manager as an Office Manager instead of an Assistant. If there was someone to actually delegate, then the office would be more in line."

"Playing political game, that doesn't have anything to do with your performance."

"Treat your employees right and your employees will treat your customers right."

What do you like about working at Computer Sciences Corp?
"A lot of down time with absolutely nothing to do. This also meant - no overtime. So I played a lot of computer games to pass the day. Really no opportunity for advancement as this was the NYC location and the headquarters were upstate. So it was basically just me and my supervisor who was either on the phone or visiting health providers to train them in using the system CSC developed."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Economy is bad so take the job but keep looking."
What don't you like about working at Computer Sciences Corp?
"No opportunity for advancement, received training which I really never used, too much down time with absolutely nothing to do. Also, worked for a very stressed out supervisor who had no hesitation in writing things up and no appeal from human resources."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"My suggestion was to abolish my position during my exit interview and it was adopted. The position is no longer. Instead, they adopted a new position similar to the one my supervisor has."

"Unfortunately I have reached the highest level for my position and unable to gain advancement."
What do you like about working at Davey Tree Expert?
"The many hats that I wear, work independantly and efficiently. Working with our crewman and continual communication with our corporate office."

"Become a Certified Arborist to work in the Sales field or crewman."

"No advancement opportunities."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"To provide Office Coordiantors with opportunities to advance into District Manager positions."
