"I love getting to know the patients and their families. It's a great feeling to see them come in very self conscious about their smile, then by the time they are finished with treatment they can do nothing but smile.The work atmoshphere and my boss are very relaxed and he is very easy to approach."

"Make sure that you are outgoing and can get along with all types of people."
What don't you like about working at Alkire Orthodontics?
"I currently work about 36 hours per week and would like to get closer to 40 hours per week."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I think a suggestion box for employees would be great. It would be nice to be able to make suggestions wihtout feeling like we are being put on the spot."

"I love our patients, getting to know them and seeing the difference we can make as their treatment progresses."

"Be able to get along with co-workers and patients/parents. Have a sense of family and community since we are working with families throughout the day."

"It would be nice if we could get more hours to get closer to 40 hours per week."

"I would hold more staff meetings to get more staff input. I would also have a suggestion box for employees that want to give suggestions anonymously."

"It's extremely boring. It's hard to deal with two bosses who don't get along. I don't like having a desk job."

"Level of authority completely unsuited for level of responsibility. Even if you do your core responsibilities well, you will be called on the carpet for any infraction."
