What do you like about working at O'Connor Construction Management?

"I do enjoy working at my current job. The culture and the people make it a great place to work. Unfortunately, these economic times have brought corporate restructuring. This new initiative has made it very difficult to keep on track with my career goals. As a result future opportunities are quite limited."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"If you are seeking opportunity and have more than (5) years experience do not expect longevity or future growth opportunities."

What don't you like about working at O'Connor Construction Management?

"Company is small and does not offer future growth opportunities, further it doesn't encourage growth in the staff nor does it support opportunities. Basically the company is run like a Mom & Pop operation and doesn't realize that lean times are prime farming times for future work."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Diversify market sectors, be willing to go after work in areas outside their comfort zone. Partners need to get out and be seen by perspective clients. If operations is preventing this from occurring add another layer of operation managers so that Partners are available."
