What don't you like about working at Ocean Spray?

"I have to move in order to get promoted. It's a small hierarchy at the plant level-I do not want to move to Boston."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Keep doing what you are doing. People are engaged and the Leadership in Development classes, plus Boot Camps are turning our employees into leaders and our Leads actually lead not working leads."
