"The Maumee was very poorly managed. The manager talked about all of the employees to everyone and his management style was non-existent. He only discouraged people and tore people down."

"Well if they stay open, but I think someone else is buying the Company. My advice is be honest, smile and demonstrate what an asset you'll be to the company if they hire you."

"I can't say anything bad, just that I was let go is the only bad thing. But someone had to go. Many others follow."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They should have made pay cuts to those making over 85,000, not to the ones making less than 40,000. They spend too much money in unnecessary renovations, over and over again to the same sections. It was a waste of money. Too many sales reps wasting money, they should have kept a better track record on their spendings."
