"Every step, action was a challenge. Also they would sell the business to one company and then immediately begin preparing it for yet another sale which happened twice while employed by them. Everything continued to change all of the time!"

"The original company: CaseData. Really put their employee's first. Oce, put them last."

"I didn't have a good experience working with Oce."

"Learn the importance of running a production company isn't located in the management, it's located in the production staff. We went from 300 personnel to 20 within 3 years, because they lost track of what makes a production company produce. My suggestion is to re-evaluate the management that is sinking the company, find people who are driving to rebuild a success. There are management people out there, who are specifically talented at such a task."
