"Loved the CEO and the North American Marketing Manager - great people. Loved the products and the industry. Casual work environment."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Know the industry."

What don't you like about working at OASE Living Water?

"Entry and mid-level co-workers could be parochial and narrow-minded. Employee morale stunk. Support from German parent company was lacking. Computer software was difficult and customized for German parent co. (much of it in German!) Training was non-existent. Too much favoritism and generally to the prima donnas who didn't deserve it."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Hire better people - particularly in the HR and Accounting management areas. Improve communications among all levels of the company. Quit rewarding incompetent sales staff. Stop giving favored nation status to Canada."
