Although no system is perfect, I think that management need to get some serious training in Team Building (Team building is not go party), Prevention and crisis Management.By doing that I hope management can understand how important is to have a better definition (never perfect) of every body expectations so resources are utilized in a more efficient way.Another area that could be improved is the process development and product launch to production, most of the late production issues are due to a lack of process controls, which are totally predictable events within the process/product design stages.This area is very obscure and It seems that Oakley has created a whole department for the lack of accountability of another, without the proper empowerment and or authority from this new virtual department, that only create confusion and a reactive culture that is very hard to cope with.

3.6 I've been working at Oakley Inc for 5 years now. I had the opportunity to learn about the great history of Oakley as a brand and witnessed so many touching testimonies of how our eyewear has helped or improved their lives. Many of them were military service members who had their eyes saved while wearing our ballistics model eyewear. I've has the pleasure of meeting great people and had the chance to travel to places like Hong Kong and China. For the past 5 years, Oakley has opened many doors for me. Great company!

3.5 I've worked for Oakley for almost 2 months now. The work pace is pretty fast once all the tools are given. There is hardly any down time because there are many orders to be filled that get shipped out to various vendors. There is great communication between all teams as well as leads and supervisors. Keeping communications with everyone is a big key to our production because we help each other out to solve all of our problems so we can continue with our production so we can meet our quotas.
