"Prepare to be lied to, again and again. Executive management is friendly, but middle management is conniving, micro-managing, and narcissistic. Also excellent at gas-lighting. Divide and conquer is their strategy, and they are the epitome of the "Peter Principle". Their only saving grace is that they are so incompetent in their leadership ability that they will never be promoted. If you like being blamed and ridiculed, then this is the place for you."
