"There isn't much that I don't like. maybe except for the fact that I had to work on some Saturdays."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I suggest that they come up with a better meeting format."

"I worked for OUHSC for a little over a year before moving on. My supervisor was excellent in always making me feel like an important part of the team and praised my hard work. The company has great values and really focusing on keeping the morale of the employees high. I loved my time here."

"I have been a Special Lecturer for Oakland University going into my second year teaching biochemistry. The atmosphere is very positive both from the students who are eager to learn and the faculty who are always ready to help. I teach both lecture and online courses to biology majors, many of whom are preparing to go into the medical field. Oakland is a small, but growing university in Rochester Hills, which is a fabulous place to raise a family."

"Yes , I would like to tell them If your major is Computer Science, Computer Science Department of Oakland University is the best place to work as Graduate Assistant ,learn more and more."

What don't you like about working at Oakland University?

"It's not a permanent job and my salary is very low."

"Provide facilities for students and teachers to have more informal meetings out of class."

"I have worked for Oakland University for seven years. The campus is absolutely beautiful. Students are valued and treated as more than just a number. The new president is working to improve the technology deficiencies and infrastructure. The biggest hurdle is parking, but they've built two parking structures to help improve the situation."

"I had a boss who respected me and allowed me to make decisions. I was entrusted with special projects and I liked the fast-paced environment."

"The company was in a bit of trouble when the economy started going south and I did not receive a raise the entire time I worked there."

"I think that compensation for good employees is worth the money so you don't lose them and have to start all over again with new employees."

"Constantly look for emprovement and efficiency. Set guidelines and expectations for employees. Lead by example (Ethics, work ), Train and delegate. Push for professionalism. Be empathetic to employees and customers."

"Departments outside of my own aren't really team players, because they see themselves as their own team and not part of a whole."

"More cooperation, less restrictions, less bureaucracy, and communicate intent and expectations in a manner that's clearly defined."
