"Worked here since 2001. Great place to work. However the angle used to approach employee growth could use some improvement, as well as the tools they use.The Outsourcing business model, where it depends on companies sending work to be done, is facing a very stiff competition from Chinese, Indian and Russian companies. So it makes it a little more difficult for the sales department and tension some times spills over the development team."
