"The fact that I, and others, who perform their jobs to the highest standard are rewarded with pay cuts and ultimately having our jobs outsourced t India. I feel that since this company went public it has become pennywise and does not value their employees."

"think about the customer - hundreds of years of institutional knowledge is about to walk out the door so you can save a few dollars over the course of a year. I predict that this will not result in a long term saving especially as the US$ weakens and the Indian economy continues to surge."
