I am an advocate for justice and my suggestion for NYPD management is continue to hire new recruits in order for each Officer and Agent(s) to perform his/her duty without being over worked.

Streamline chain of command and remove civilians from the reporting chain. Sworn officers should be the only chain of coammand with no parallel structure that sometimes ncludes civilian supervisors.Eliminate culture of fear. Revamp training from the academy to eliminate hazing and focus mentoring.Properly train leaders for leadership positions. Commisions and commisioned officers should be promoted on merit and not on their time in grade.
