"NYC DOB is a great way to step into a career you're interested in. management and supervisors are very nice and so are the other people who work there. But because it is a city agency compensation is relatively low compared to what you would get paid elsewhere, and there seems to be a lack of resources due to budget cuts and old systems in place."

"I found it a good place to work with. The working atmosphere and work culture were appealing, however as a consultant, we were not assured a continuous renewal of our contract. My Boss and colleagues were very understanding and we worked in a fast paced environment both Manual and Automated."
