One of the biggest issues I have seen however, is the tendency to favor the developers over all of the other groups within the company. They tend to have a little too much influence which doesn't always foster a good work environment."

The system provided by company is OLD or worth (less than $700) where other competitors provide state of art laptop/desktops to employees. i.e. Nvidia still gives wired keyboard and mouse."
