"VoX Communications was an awesome start up with great people and did well for several years until financial mismanagement caused it to decline. Employees were great and stuck through it as long as they could; some even taking no salary trying to make it work. The damage had been done however and it could not make it in the financial condition it was in. When the customer care and support managers left the end was sealed as no one would service the existing customer base.."

"Don't bother. I am surprised that they are still in business."

"Cut Throat, back stabbing low class people used car salemen"

"Get off your high horse come down to earth"
"People were great bu the company cared about upper management. Installs were terrible to get in after we signed a deal."

"Mark Smith my Director was a great guy and he let me do my job."

"It took a long time to get installs done and finding Agents were hard because a lot of them belong to other sales reps already."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"You need to give new reps longer than 6 monthes to get started. There are only so many sales agents you can get at a time."
