"I worked for Nuverra from 2011 to 2018. It was a strong, emerging company for most of my time there. Unfortunately, poor business decisions, market conditions and financial hardships hurt the company and it was forced to file for bankruptcy protection in 2017 which negatively affected the culture going forward."
