But I see that the Unit does indeed need a Unit Coordinator in order to do some consults when needed especially when the Nurses are busy with important jobs such as taking care of the patients. But that's just me. Very happy with the position and the job."
"love to take care of people who cannot do so much for themselves. And hate when patients don't see you helping them but calling you names, but all the same love to help patients no matter what they say."
"I absolutely love my job. What I love about my job is the end result, a healthy happy patient. I was an office manager for over 13 years and that is where my true passion is. In my current position there is little opportunity to move up."
"I love that I help people in their time of need.Hate that it's way underpaid. The hands and feet, the eyes and ears of the nurses... but the receptionist at the front door gets paid more."
"Working with new staff members each day because they sometimes aren't the best of people."
"I love helping patients. I hate the lack of help."
