"Now I've been demoted as being a Nursing Assistant which I do not mind one bit. But I see that the Unit does indeed need a Unit Coordinator in order to do some consults when needed especially when the Nurses are busy with important jobs such as taking care of the patients. But that's just me. Very happy with the position and the job."
