"I am always the last one to make a decision. Most of the associates like to be told what to do. I sometimes feel alone on guiding this company. I wish I had a manager that was good a sharing decision making."

"OK, one of the reasons I am looking for the right opportunity is that I want a break from being the one and only responsible for everybody's success or failure. It is hard sometimes to see yourself as the bread winner of your own friends and associates. I want to have the same or higher level of responsibilities, more work, more hours, but be invisible and not personally responsible for people's personal life success."

"Sometimes I ask myself that question. How does my associates truly see my performance as their leader. I have ran surveys, but I always search for ways to improve myself as a professional, leader and a human being ."
