While the job is excellent, the culture is becoming less the Nucor you read about in books, and more like the big steel companies Nucor has always thumbed its nose at. If you want to make a great amount of money for a whole lot of hard work, and don't mind that most of the mills are located in horrible locations, Nucor is an excellent opportunity."
