Nuclear Chemist at Isotope Products Laboratories

Please give us a one liner to describe this review.

"Very Dangerous job. Pay does not come close to the risk factor. Also, I was not happy that you only got seven days off a year for your first five years. Zero sick time. If you were sick and had to call in, it counted as one of your seven days. That lead to a lot of sick people coming into work because they had no choice and getting everyone else sick."

What do you like about working at Isotope Products Laboratories?

"Coworkers. It was one of my first jobs as it was for most of the other people there. We were all the same age and it was fun for a time."

What don't you like about working at Isotope Products Laboratories?

"Danger, poor pay, lack of career progression and benefits were very lacking."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Increase the pay. People in the past have in fact died as a result of working there. It is a dangerous job and the pay does not equal the risks taken on a day to day basis."
