"Spend a lot of time talking about how awesome you are. They want to hire people with high self-esteem and high work ethic. If you truely believe you are awesome, let them see it. It will be an advantage."

What don't you like about working at Nu Skin Enterprises?

"Somtimes I feel like there is not enough pressure on me to keep me busy and I end up wasting more time than I should be wasting for the wage I am recieving."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Somtimes it feels they try so hard to relate to the employees that they come off as fake. You really do want to relate to us, so just do it, and we will see it. You don't have to try so hard to make us see that you are doing it."

"Many of the departments, especially IT, have built up communication firewalls and there's a sense of the old boys club so there's a fair amount of bureaucracy in inter-department relations."

"Some departments have become set in their old ways and aren't keen on incorporating new ideas or processes that they find threatening to their (job) security."
