"I have worked for NSTAR for 3.5 years and found that they are a strong employee service provider. They have recently been purchased by an international construction company and their core focus is now being transitioned to a recruiting arm for the parent company. This has shifted their P&L and has made it more difficult to compete against their historical competitors. I believe that they will eventually transition and become assumed into the parent company."

"Working with the customers and the new challenges. Great to solve issues"

"contract work is on then off, hard to recieve stead work."

What don't you like about working at NSTAR?

"Communications is the most important issues, but hard to work internationally."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Last employer was great to work for, but continual contracts to support are hard to get."
