NRC Health Employee

"I've been with NRC Health for three years. NRC is mission driven, guided by purpose and a strong set of core values. We are a mid size (400 associates) organization with roughly $150M of Saas based recurring contract value. I lead the sales and business development organization and we are growing roughly 20% year over year with annual new sales of $35M. We are focused on consumerism in the healthcare space and help our customers drive superior customer experiences that drive loyalty and market share. We've developed a voice of consumer digital platform that allows our customers to conduct custom research to maximize marketing spend as well as provide consumer feedback to caregivers to address clinician burnout and provide tools to enable them to be better communicators."
