"Office building was ancient, with many excessively hot and cold spots. Multiple raw sewage leaks and then cleaning treatments with harsh chemicals floating around in the air. Some very phony, ego-driven management, who didn't know what they were talking about in some areas. Politicians who didn't like being questioned. Stood on their titles in place of knowledge or competence."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Admit when you don't know something. Lose your big egos and phony demeanors."

"No supervision from supervisors, must be a self learner to succeed but work ethics will not be noticed due to no management staff around."
