"NOVO Construction first employed me in 2018 as an intern during college. Moving from the east coast to the west coast was scary but one of the best decisions I have made. During my internship I learned that the company really cares about their employees as well as the clients they interact with. Post-grad I decided to come back to NOVO because of the way the employees treated each other and the family-like feel in the workplace. Sadly due to COVID-19 I have been furloughed since projects from our clients have been on pause. I will miss working for NOVO but feel that everything happens for a reason and now I can fully benefit from all the hardworking in college to receive and engineering degree by exploring other aspects of civil engineering. NOVO showed me exactly what I need to look for in a company."
