Noven Pharmaceuticals Employee

"I've worked for Noven for many years. The company is definitely not what it was, Carlsbad has been shut down and the company has laid off about 200+ employees since 2014. Lay offs are still a possibility as the company continues to struggle with products and retaining employees that are leaving on their own. Most of the management that has caused our situation are still here. The ones paying for their mistakes are the low hanging fruit as is with most companies but they seem to act as if they are somehow different. Well that's the end of my rant, would not recommend this company at the moment."
