3.8I have interned with Novelis since May of 2013. The facilities I work in are top-notch and the workplace environment is very welcoming. My fellow employees are genuine and sincere and I have developed several cordial relationships while working there. However, Novelis' main pitfall is its incredible lack of adequate and modern IT, in terms of both support and technology. In a company that proclaims the importance of "imagination," it's pitiful how slow and out-of-date their technology really is.
2.9Be more organized and be ready with a plan for when a new person starts. It's been two months and I still have only an hours worth of work a day if I'm lucky.
2.5Novelis is well managed financially, but atmosphere for employees is unhealthy. Despite of positive image/rhetoric company strives about culture, experienced employees keep leaving or are ousted as well as employees who were with the company just a few years.
