"I had worked for Novarad for 4 years. They employ approximately 150 people in various countries throughout the world. In that time I was able to advance quickly. The company has a fun, but professional work atmosphere.The company does what it can to treat its employees well. Some things include family events with games, food, and drawings for high quality prizes."

"Working on fairly cutting edge radiology viewer tools, casual atmosphere."

"The work can be interesting but they do not hold Software QA as anything but a necessary evil to please HIPAA"

"Low pay, poor benefits package, very poor QA management (guy was fired)"

"Need to treat employees better (maybe you do now that people have been fired or left)"

"Ask if people in your department stay with the company. Ask what kind of projects are coming down the pipe and what technologies are to be used. Ask interviewer if there was any one thing in the company they would like to see changed, what would it be."

"Top management seemed indifferent to Technical Support. Managemeny seemed to pressure employees to choose work life over home life."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Realize there are other departments besides development and sales and treat them with respect, resources and don't poach them away for their primary jobs. Work to make improve morale that will then reduce turnover."
