"My compensation is good, but when compared to how much the dept brings in and the margin at which we do, it seems like they should chip in a few more dollars or perks. Since I was hired into a rotating program, raises were hard to get the first year because I was not under the direct supervision of my manager and the annual review process was not as easy to conduct. The benefits package and bonus options definitely sweetened the salary."
