"Nothing. After I left Contec I took the first opportuinty that came my way."

"Do not apply for this company. Well it does not exist. Be extremely careful about telecommunication industry overall."

What don't you like about working at NorVergence?

"Norvergence made its emloyees for everything from airfare to hotel accomodation to stationary with a promise that they will reimbure it every month. Not only did I not get reimbursed but the last 2 paychecks they gave me bounced."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Be Honest."
