"I loved the work, even though the company made cuts to our wages and benefits. This was to keep the VP's salaries in check and at the employees expense."

What don't you like about working at Northwest Airlines?

"The company had 51 more VP's than their competitors. This was an huge expense at the cost of employees...which was the fist to have cuts either in wages or head count."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Clean up your own back yard!"
