"Northrop Grumman has no concern for its employees only for their clients. The benefits suck, 1% 401k match, no sick days, 2 weeks vacation, and some of the most untalented and unethical people I've ever met."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Their are so many problems with Northrop Grumman the only advice I can give anyone is if you work for Northrop Grumman leave as soon as possible and if you don't work for Northrop Grumman keep it that way."
