"I have worked at Northern Tool & Equipment for 5 years. It is an entrepreneurial, family-owned company with a very unique culture. It is a great place to learn and grow, fun atmosphere, plus there is a great balance between work and family. Only downside is that it's a small company with very few openings to advance into."
