4.5 I worked at NIU for two years while completing my graduate degree. I truly loved my job and my coworkers and enjoyed collaborating and developing personal relationships. I feel NIU was a great place to work. Although it was time consuming, it was rewarding to know that I was making a difference in the lives of my students.

Even though it wasn't an Industry or Corporate job, it was still a job, and I was responsible to help 27 students and 1 instructor for the course, "Plant Location, Layout, and Materials Handling". I enjoyed my time working as a graduate teaching assistant, the instructor along with the departmental staff was really helpful and friendly.
