It is a state-public university and it's been an exciting experience to learn about computer networks and work on small development projects to start my career. I love my co-workers. "No upward mobility, no quality assurance / standards, management does not know how to manage (they are academics, not managers)"

"Hire some PMs to start to make the departments operate under business conditions. At present not much is being enforced."

"Bring back the 15 minute paid break and allow student workers to work more than 4 consecutive hours."

"For the most part, I am my own boss. I create curriculum, choose texts, and am responsible for managing my classes as I see fit. I am a leader."

"Job security and health insurance, but in order to make a living wage, you will need to work two jobs."

"There is absolutely no hope for advancement at all. The pay is awful."
