North Star Insurance Advisors Employee

"I work alone on the phones 10-12 hours a day 5 days a week (I have a manager I can call at any time if needed) and then usually I spend about 2 hours on Saturdays trying to catch up with work I did not get done during the week. I love what I do and can see the long-term potential of working at NSIA. The work is not for everyone and chargebacks are real. So you need to learn how to get people to commit not just to buy final expense insurance but you also need to get them to commit to paying for it every single month for a year or more. The great thing is this product is one of the best on the market for many reasons. This is the best option if you can sell final expense insurance. I have been in the top five once since starting 3 months ago. If I had to give one piece of advice for someone starting out. Expect to spend 60+ hours a week for the first year building your business and have at least 3 months' worth of money saved to cover all your expenses before you begin. You may not need it, but the first time you go 4 days without selling anything your mind may start wondering. It helps to have money in your account. Trust me. I did not. They provide you with a great script and training. Overall I would say this is the best company I have ever worked for."
