"I would strongly suggest looking towards other industries/businesses if you want career growth opportunities or sales growth. Through little fault of their own, their market is dying."

"Old technology causing it to become a dead business, no sales growth opportunities, revenues down every year"

"Exit the GP business, keep the GF and epoxy business. Eliminate 50%-75% of the market development staff."
