"Only work at Nortelgov if you need the $$. Make sure you go in knowing what can happen to you if you get laid off."

"Management, the way go about doing business, employee relations and taking care of employees is definitely not a priority, benefits, especially when they lay you off, etc... Should I go on"

"Be more upfront and truthful, be more engaging with your employees and visit them on client sites as often as you can, hear your employees once you have heard of clients and do not allow the bottom line and bad attitude clients dictate your behavior and what is right to do."
