"I worked for Northern Telecom Inc. since 1980 and if was a wonderful company to work for and to grow as an employee. Only in the later years when the company Nortel Networks in my opinion, decided to sell itself off that it became a stressful place to work. At this writing, the remaining flagship products are still selling and evolving with new technology at the remaining Genband and Avaya companies, this should prove that there were no valid reasons for Nortel to fold."
