"I worked for Nordstrom for 4 years, In this time I was able to work through college due to their flexable schedule as well as commission incentives. There was plenty of room for upward mobility and the type of employee that Nordstrom hires makes for a very pleasant working envornment. There are many people who make their careers at Nordstrom and I can understand why, but in order to truely make a livable wage you must work and apply yourself much more than other more rewarding positions."
