"Nordstrom is a fantastic company that values their employees and customers. It's a great place to get your foot in the door if you have a passion for customer service or sales and will help you build on the skills you need to be successful in those arenas. At times I believe the benefits and compensation for service/non-sales positions could be better, and more value needs to be placed in new-hire training and development. However it is still a wonderful organization."
