3.1 I have worked with Nomura Securities for 6-years. There are lots of great and fun people to work with, and if you are in the right crowd (department, division, etc.), the pay is quite GOOD.Unfortunately - no work-life balance, Japanese managers with horse blinders, and little room for a pay raise (mostly in the Investment Banking industry).
