"I would stay one day and talk with the different people who work in the department where I am supposed to work and LISTEN to them clearly before accepting any offer."

"There was a wealth of opportunities to flex your mental prowess and utilize a wide variety of skills from microwave radios, power management to data networking. Too bad they didn't seemingly care about the employees"

"Stay very far away from them if you have family, or want a real job. They seemingly are very uninterested in the health and safety of its employees. This was experience, in the Las Vegas NIC. Your mileage may vary, but probably not by too much."
What don't you like about working at Clearw're?
"Well, after working over 66 hrs a week for months, one night wanted to spend time with my son, after already having worked 11 hrs that day. The next day I cam in I was fired."

"They need to give more feed back to the employees on what they are doing right or wrong. when I left the company the managers did not give any feed back."
