Submit a Review"I loved the prestige that being a NOC Engineer had at my former employer. When machines were broken, whether for a customer or in-house, it was our responsibility to troubleshoot and resume connectivity with downed device with in SLA whether it was a VM server, Windows Server, Cisco Router/Swith, SAN, whatever the device was. The rush would be when the problem would be resolved, usually it would be a team effort which made it all that much sweeter."
"Love being exposed to different technologies. Hate dealing with issues that are unnecessary."
"I was satisfied with the implementation process for this position as they team provided an adequate checklist for the processes used to ensure a smooth NOC operation. It allowed a two to three day train up and myself as a NOC Engineer to be online and ready to service the ops procedures by the end of the first week. It was a very good process. Additionally all S&MA walk through processes were required by the end of the second week or all access was revoked. I thought this was excellent."
