"I am no longer with Limelight Networks. When I began, there were strong ethical values that focused on a positive customer experience. Last year they shifted the focus away from the customer and toward the shareholder. Disbanding the award winning customer support department was a part of that and I was a casualty of that shake up. We had a great thing going for five years but new management no longer wanted to continue the working process."
